This is a title sequence based on the movie Black Swan. The film is a psychological horror about a ballerina’s descent into madness and perfectionism. I stuck to a limited color palette to emphasize the theme and used trippy imagery to represent her state of mind. I included a plot twist in the middle to represent the protagonist’s downfall. Overall, this project helped me lean into rotoscoping and creating more complex visuals for animation.
