Kimley-Horn

Information Design | Editorial Design

I had the opportunity to intern at the engineering firm Kimley-Horn, and worked on several projects with other designers, marketing coordinators, and engineers.

Below is a selection of projects from my time there; some information has been redacted for privacy.

Milton SS4A Boards

Community outreach boards with information about the city of Milton’s safe streets for all (SS4A) initiatives to make Milton roads safer for all users including drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists. Members of the community could then give feedback and place stickers to voice their opinions.

14th St Proposal

Created a proposal for a 14th Street bike lane expansion project for Peachtree Alliance. Conducted research on previously selected proposals to align the design with the client’s preference for colorful, engaging visuals. Developed a cohesive theme using bike-inspired graphics and path elements that reflected the shape sheet. Organized project schedules, photography, and team resumes to effectively highlight Kimley-Horn’s experience and capabilities.

Engineering Conferences

Different materials were designed to promote Kimley-Horn’s presence at different engineering conferences/conventions.

Client Appreciation Event

Event deliverables such as nametags and table toppers for a client appreciation event.
